The '''Osborne baronetcy''', of Ballentaylor and Ballylemon in [County Waterford](/source/County_Waterford), was created in the [Baronetage of Ireland](/source/Baronetage_of_Ireland) on 15 October 1629 for Richard Osborne. The second and seventh baronets represented [County Waterford](/source/County_Waterford_(Parliament_of_Ireland_constituency)) in the [Irish House of Commons](/source/Irish_House_of_Commons), the eighth Baronet represented [Carysfort](/source/Carysfort_(Parliament_of_Ireland_constituency)) while the eleventh baronet sat in Parliament for Carysfort and [Enniskillen](/source/Enniskillen_(Parliament_of_Ireland_constituency)).
