Oroluk municipality included [Oroluk Atoll](/source/Oroluk_Atoll) and [Minto Reef](/source/Minto_Reef).
The municipality is uninhabited,[{{cite web |title=Municipal Governments |url=https://gov.fm/pohnpei-government/ |website=Pohnpei State Government |access-date=12 January 2026}}] after a population of 6 was recorded in the 1980 census.[{{cite web |title=Pohnpei State Census Report - 2000 FSM Census of Population and Housing |url=https://www.pacificweb.org/DOCS/fsm/2000PohnpeiCensus/2000%20Pohnpei%20Census%20Report_Final.pdf |website=Pacific Web |access-date=12 January 2026}}] Minto Reef, the northwesternmost limit of Pohnpei State, is uninhabited and has only a small sandbank with no vegetated islands.
