**Antti Tapio Hakanen**[1] (born 1977), better known by his stage name **DJ Orkidea** (predominantly shortened to **Orkidea**), is a Finnish [electronic music](/source/Electronic_music) artist.[2] He has been one of Scandinavia's top DJs for over 10 years[when?] and has been voted twice "[Most Popular Nordic DJ](/source/Most_Popular_Nordic_DJ)" in the Swedish/Danish Megamind's voting and elected five times as "Best DJ" at the [Finnish Club Awards](/source/Finnish_Club_Awards). Orkidea has made remixes for big trance labels like [Anjunabeats](/source/Anjunabeats) or [Hooj Choons](/source/Hooj_Choons) and for artists like [Tiësto](/source/Ti%C3%ABsto), [Tilt](/source/Tilt_(producers)), and [Way Out West](/source/Way_Out_West_(duo)). He was employed as a sound design manager at [Nokia Corporation](/source/Nokia)[3] and as of 2023 he serves as the head of music for the Finnish public broadcaster [Yle](/source/Yle).[4]
