**District 40 of the [Oregon House of Representatives](/source/Oregon_House_of_Representatives)** is one of 60 House legislative districts in the state of [Oregon](/source/Oregon). As of 2021, the district is located entirely within [Clackamas County](/source/Clackamas_County%2C_Oregon) and contains [Gladstone](/source/Gladstone%2C_Oregon), [Jennings Lodge](/source/Jennings_Lodge%2C_Oregon), [Johnson City](/source/Johnson_City%2C_Oregon), [Oatfield](/source/Oatfield%2C_Oregon), and [Oregon City](/source/Oregon_City%2C_Oregon) as well as parts of [Clackamas](/source/Clackamas%2C_Oregon). The current representative for the district is [Democrat](/source/Democratic_Party_(United_States)) [Annessa Hartman](/source/Annessa_Hartman) of Gladstone.[1][2]
