The '''Ombudsman Institution''' ({{langx|tr|Kamu Denetçiliği Kurumu}}) is a Turkish institution that examines and investigates complaints and submits recommendations about the conformity of the activities of the [Government of Turkey](/source/Government_of_Turkey) with law and fairness with respect to [human rights](/source/human_rights). The institution is independent of the government and answers to the [Parliament](/source/Grand_National_Assembly_of_Turkey) alone.
