'''Odeceixe''' ({{IPA|pt-PT|ɔðɨˈsɐjʃɨ}}) is a village and [civil parish](/source/freguesia) in the northern part of the [municipality](/source/concelho) of [Aljezur](/source/Aljezur), in the [Portuguese](/source/Portugal) [Algarve](/source/Algarve), lying within the [Nature Park of the Southwest Alentejo and Vincentine Coast](/source/Southwest_Alentejo_and_Vicentine_Coast_Natural_Park). The village lies on the south bank of the Ribeira de Seixe, which here forms the border between the Algarve and [Alentejo](/source/Alentejo). ==Geography==

The parish of Odeceixe is situated on the steeply inclined topography that divides the Algarve and Alentejo regions; the south bank of the ''Ribeira de Seixe'' which runs through this parish is the dividing line for this frontier.

The parish includes [Praia do Odeceixe](/source/Praia_de_Odeceixe_Mar), 4&nbsp;km west of the village of Odeceixe, at the mouth of the Ribeira de Seixe. This has one of the few official [naturist](/source/naturism) beaches in Portugal.

The parish is bordered in the north by [São Teotónio](/source/S%C3%A3o_Teot%C3%B3nio_(Odemira)), east by [Marmelete](/source/Marmelete) and south by [Rogil](/source/Rogil), while to the west is the [Atlantic Ocean](/source/Atlantic_Ocean).
