***Nyelv*** ([Norwegian](/source/Norwegian_language)), ***Ođđajohka*** ([Northern Sami](/source/Northern_Sami_language)), or ***Uusijoki*** ([Kven](/source/Kven_language))[2] is a small village in [Nesseby Municipality](/source/Nesseby_Municipality) in [Finnmark](/source/Finnmark) county, [Norway](/source/Norway). The village is located along the southern coast of the [Varangerfjorden](/source/Varangerfjorden), along the [European route E06](/source/European_route_E06) highway. The statistical area Nyelv, which also includes the peripheral parts of the village, as well as the surrounding countryside, has a population of 30.[3] There are two [burial mounds](/source/Burial_mounds) from the [Neolithic Age](/source/Neolithic_Age) located near Nyelv. The village area was named after the local river *Nyelva*.[4]
