Administratively they are divided into two districts: Northern Nomoneas and Southern Nomoneas. The main islands of Northern Nomoneas are Fono, Piis-Penau, and [Weno](/source/Weno). The main islands of Southern Nomoneas are [Fefan](/source/Fefan), [Param](/source/Param%2C_Federated_States_of_Micronesia), [Tonowas](/source/Tonowas), [Tsis](/source/Tsis), and [Uman](/source/Uman%2C_Federated_States_of_Micronesia).
