"'''No Lucifer'''" is a 10" single released by rock band [British Sea Power](/source/British_Sea_Power) on 10 March 2008. It was the second single released from their critically acclaimed third album, ''[Do You Like Rock Music?](/source/Do_You_Like_Rock_Music%3F)''. The song was written by [Hamilton](/source/Hamilton_(musician)), who also sings on the track. It is the first track written and fronted by Hamilton to be officially released as an A-side single in the UK, although during promotion for ''Open Season'', the track "How Will I Find My Way Home" was intended for single release before being cancelled by the band's record label.

The song opens with the repeated chant "Easy, Easy, Easy...". The band point out in the album sleeve notes that this is in reference to the chant used by fans of the wrestler [Big Daddy](/source/Shirley_Crabtree). Despite the song being deemed accessible enough to be performed on both the [David Letterman](/source/Late_Show_with_David_Letterman)<ref>[https://www.nme.com/video/id/7cVJu7S7znA/search/British+Sea+Power nme.com video search]</ref> and the [Jools Holland](/source/Jools_Holland) shows <ref>[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zfzsCKOsMRE YouTube video of Jools Holland Show]</ref> the release was limited to only 1000 copies,<ref>[http://www.britishseapower.co.uk/?s=news British Sea Power : News]</ref> meaning the single was unable to make an impact on the UK top 40 chart. The song was released with a video which featured performing puppets, which was distributed across the internet through [Pitchfork Media](/source/Pitchfork_Media).<ref>{{Cite web |url=http://www.pitchforkmedia.com/article/download/48533-british-sea-power-no-lucifer |title=Pitchfork Media article |access-date=14 May 2008 |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20080405225116/http://www.pitchforkmedia.com/article/download/48533-british-sea-power-no-lucifer |archive-date=5 April 2008 |url-status=dead }}</ref> The ''[NME](/source/NME)'' wrote that it is "the best song on the album and worthy of anything on [Funeral](/source/Funeral_(Arcade_Fire_album)).",<ref>[https://www.nme.com/reviews/british-sea-power/9392 NME Do You Like Rock Music?
