American [rock](/source/Rock_music) band [No Doubt](/source/No_Doubt) has released six [studio albums](/source/Studio_album), five [compilation albums](/source/Compilation_album), three [video albums](/source/Video_album), 22 [singles](/source/Single_(music)), five [promotional singles](/source/Promotional_single), and 21 [music videos](/source/Music_video). The band was formed in [Anaheim](/source/Anaheim%2C_California), [California](/source/California) in 1986.[1] After many line-up changes, it released its [self-titled debut album](/source/No_Doubt_(No_Doubt_album)) in 1992, but its [ska](/source/Ska)-[pop](/source/Pop_music) sound was overshadowed by the popularity of the [grunge](/source/Grunge) movement. Following the self-released *[The Beacon Street Collection](/source/The_Beacon_Street_Collection)*, *[Tragic Kingdom](/source/Tragic_Kingdom)* was released in 1995 and rode the surge of [ska punk](/source/Ska_punk), becoming the group's best selling studio album, largely due to the international success of its third single "[Don't Speak](/source/Don't_Speak)".[2]

No Doubt's follow-up, *[Return of Saturn](/source/Return_of_Saturn)*, was released nearly five years later and was quickly certified Platinum in the US, but failed to match the success of *Tragic Kingdom*. The band collaborated with many producers and other artists to record *[Rock Steady](/source/Rock_Steady_(album))* in under a year, mixing the band's [new wave](/source/New_wave_music) and pop sounds with [ragga](/source/Ragga) music.[3] The album was a comeback for the band, selling well and yielding career-highest singles chart positions. After *Rock Steady*, the band's label released several compilations and the group went on hiatus. [Gwen Stefani](/source/Gwen_Stefani) released three solo albums and a Christmas album. Guitarist [Tom Dumont](/source/Tom_Dumont)'s side project [Invincible Overlord](/source/Invincible_Overlord), a collaboration with Ted Matson, released *The Living Album* and a remix of No Doubt's song "[Bathwater](/source/Bathwater_(song))" on its website. After reforming, No Doubt released their sixth album, *[Push and Shove](/source/Push_and_Shove_(album))*, in 2012: two singles, "[Settle Down](/source/Settle_Down_(No_Doubt_song))" and "[Looking Hot](/source/Looking_Hot)" were released from the album.
