'''Nikopol Point''' (Nos Nikopol \'nos ni-'ko-pol\) is an ice-free point on the south coast of [Byers Peninsula](/source/Byers_Peninsula), [Livingston Island](/source/Livingston_Island) in the [South Shetland Islands](/source/South_Shetland_Islands), [Antarctica](/source/Antarctica) projecting 650 m east-southeastwards into [Bransfield Strait](/source/Bransfield_Strait) and linked by a spit to [Vietor Rock](/source/Vietor_Rock) to the south. The area was visited by early 19th century [sealers](/source/seal_hunting) who had dwellings at the foothills of nearby [Sealer Hill](/source/Sealer_Hill).

The feature is named after the town of [Nikopol, Bulgaria](/source/Nikopol%2C_Bulgaria).

The Spanish facility [Camp Byers](/source/Camp_Byers), situated near Nikopol Point, operated in 2001/02 and subsequent seasons.<ref>Ivanov, L. The point is located at the west end of [South Beaches](/source/South_Beaches_(Livingston_Island)), [Byers Peninsula](/source/Byers_Peninsula), 4.57&nbsp;km east of [Devils Point](/source/Devils_Point), 1.22&nbsp;km east-southeast of [Sealer Hill](/source/Sealer_Hill) and 4.21&nbsp;km west-southwest of [Dometa Point](/source/Dometa_Point).
