Connor started his playing career with Anguillian side [Roaring Lions](/source/Roaring_Lions_FC), helping them in the league.[1]

### Managerial career

Connor started his managerial career with [Roaring Lions](/source/Roaring_Lions_FC) in Anguilla, helping them in the league.[2][3][4] In 2018, he was appointed manager of [Anguilla](/source/Anguilla_national_football_team).[5][6] In 2022, Connor was appointed manager of [Anguilla](/source/Anguilla_national_football_team) for the second time.[7][8][9]
