**Narin** (pronounced [\[naˈɾiːn\]](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:IPA/Slovene), [German](/source/German_language): *Narein*[2]) is a [village](/source/Village) south of [Pivka](/source/Pivka) in the [Inner Carniola](/source/Inner_Carniola) region of [Slovenia](/source/Slovenia).[3]

The local church, built northwest of the settlement, is dedicated to [Saint James](/source/James%2C_son_of_Zebedee) and belongs to the Parish of [Šmihel](/source/%C5%A0mihel%2C_Pivka).[4]
