**Naogaon-2** is a constituency represented in the [Jatiya Sangsad](/source/Jatiya_Sangsad) (National Parliament) of [Bangladesh](/source/Bangladesh). Since February 2026, the constituency has an elected member.

## Boundaries

The constituency encompasses [Dhamoirhat](/source/Dhamoirhat_Upazila) and [Patnitala](/source/Patnitala_Upazila) upazilas.[2][3]

## History

The constituency was created in 1984 from a Rajshahi constituency when the former Rajshahi District was split into four districts: [Nawabganj](/source/Chapai_Nawabganj_District), [Naogaon](/source/Naogaon_District), [Rajshahi](/source/Rajshahi_District), and [Natore](/source/Natore_District).
