The **Mytishchi constituency (No.123[a])** is a proposed [Russian legislative constituency](/source/Constituencies_of_Russia) in [Moscow Oblast](/source/Moscow_Oblast). The constituency covers inner northern suburbs of [Moscow](/source/Moscow), including the cities [Dolgoprudny](/source/Dolgoprudny), [Korolyov](/source/Korolyov,_Moscow_Oblast) and [Mytishchi](/source/Mytishchi).

The constituency existed in 1993–2007 and was last represented by [United Russia](/source/United_Russia) faction member [Arkady Baskayev](/source/Arkady_Baskayev) (elected as [People's Party of the Russian Federation](/source/People's_Party_of_the_Russian_Federation) candidate), a retired [Russian Army](/source/Russian_Army) [Colonel General](/source/Colonel_General), who won the seat in the [2000](/source/By-elections_to_the_3rd_Russian_State_Duma) by-election. Mytishchi constituency was not re-established for the [2016](/source/2016_Russian_legislative_election) election and its territory divided between [Balashikha](/source/Balashikha_constituency), [Dmitrov](/source/Dmitrov_constituency), [Krasnogorsk](/source/Krasnogorsk_constituency) and [Sergiyev Posad](/source/Sergiyev_Posad_constituency) constituencies. After the 2025 redistricting Moscow Oblast gained 12th district, which would be the reinstated Mytishchi constituency.
