# Mylothris continua

***Mylothris continua*** is a [butterfly](/source/Butterfly) in the family [Pieridae](/source/Pieridae). It is found in [Cameroon](/source/Cameroon), the [Republic of the Congo](/source/Republic_of_the_Congo), the [Democratic Republic of the Congo](/source/Democratic_Republic_of_the_Congo), [Uganda](/source/Uganda), [Kenya](/source/Kenya) and [Tanzania](/source/Tanzania).[2] The habitat consists of dense primary forests.

Adults have a slow flight and keep to the semi-shade of the forest. Occasionally they venture into forest clearings to feed at flowers. They have been observed [mud-puddling](/source/Mud-puddling).
