**Muhammad Azeem** (born 11 April 1955) is a Pakistani [wrestler](/source/Amateur_wrestling). He won a silver medal in the [men's freestyle 57 kg event](/source/Wrestling_at_the_1978_Asian_Games) at the [1978 Asian Games](/source/1978_Asian_Games). Azeem also represented Pakistan in the [men's freestyle 57 kg](/source/Wrestling_at_the_1988_Summer_Olympics_%E2%80%93_Men's_freestyle_57_kg) at the [1988 Summer Olympics](/source/1988_Summer_Olympics).[1]
