'''Mount Peres''' ({{langx|ar|تل الفرس|Tall al-Faras}}, {{langx|he|הר פֶּרֶס}}, ''Har Peres'') is a [volcanic](/source/Volcano) mountain in the central [Golan Heights](/source/Golan_Heights), within the [Quneitra Governorate](/source/Quneitra_Governorate) of [Syria](/source/Syria). It is located approximately {{convert|5.5|km|mi}} east of the [Israeli settlement](/source/Israeli_settlement) of [Keshet](/source/Keshet_(Israeli_settlement)).<ref>{{Cite web|url=http://sy.geoview.info/tall_al_faras,170458|title=Tall al Faras hill, Quneitra, Syria}}</ref> The area has been under [Israeli military occupation](/source/Israeli_occupation_of_the_Golan_Heights) since 1967.

The mountain is the southernmost of a series of [dormant volcano](/source/dormant_volcano)es that stretch up to the northern parts of the Quneitra Governorate. On top of the mountain is a well-preserved [crater](/source/volcanic_crater), {{cvt|200|m}} in diameter and {{cvt|35|m}} deep.
