{{short description|Mountain in Graham Land, Antarctica}}

thumb|Location of Oscar II Coast on Antarctic Peninsula.
'''Mount Fritsche''' ({{coord|66|0|S|62|42|W|source:GNIS|display=inline,title}}) is a snow-capped coastal mountain with many steep rock faces, located on the north side of [Richthofen Pass](/source/Richthofen_Pass) in eastern [Graham Land](/source/Graham_Land), Antarctica. This mountain was probably first seen by [Otto Nordenskiöld](/source/Otto_Nordenski%C3%B6ld) of the [Swedish Antarctic Expedition](/source/Swedish_Antarctic_Expedition), 1901–04. [Sir Hubert Wilkins](/source/Sir_Hubert_Wilkins) observed the feature from the air on December 20, 1928, and named it "Cape Fritsche" after [Carl B. Fritsche](/source/Carl_B._Fritsche) of [Detroit, MI](/source/Detroit%2C_MI). The generic term has been amended in keeping with the nature of the feature.<ref name=gnis/>
