**Motir** ([Persian](/source/Persian_language): مطير, also [Romanized](/source/Romanize) as **Moṭīr**; also known as **Moţer**)[1] is a village in [Hoveyzeh Rural District](/source/Hoveyzeh_Rural_District), in the [Central District](/source/Central_District_(Hoveyzeh_County)) of [Hoveyzeh County](/source/Hoveyzeh_County), [Khuzestan Province](/source/Khuzestan_Province), [Iran](/source/Iran). At the 2006 census, its population was 144, in 22 families.[2]
