'''Moreton Road''' is a residential road in the [Oxford](/source/Oxford) suburb of [North Oxford](/source/North_Oxford), [Oxfordshire](/source/Oxfordshire), [United Kingdom](/source/United_Kingdom).

==Location==
The road runs east–west. At the western end of the road is a junction with [Woodstock Road](/source/Woodstock_Road%2C_Oxford) (A4144) and at the eastern end is a junction with [Banbury Road](/source/Banbury_Road) (A4165), the two major arterial roads out of [Oxford](/source/Oxford) to the north. The road continues east slightly to the north on the [Marston Ferry Road](/source/Marston_Ferry_Road) (B4495). To the south is [Lathbury Road](/source/Lathbury_Road) and to the north is [Beech Croft Road](/source/Beech_Croft_Road). It lies to the north of the original [North Oxford](/source/North_Oxford) development by [St John's College, Oxford](/source/St_John's_College%2C_Oxford), but since it is south of [Summertown](/source/Summertown%2C_Oxford), it is often considered to be part of Central North Oxford, with high house prices.<ref>{{cite news| title=Sold House Prices in Moreton Road | url=http://www.oxfordmail.co.uk/li/sold_house_prices_street_list.detail.Moreton%20Road,,Oxford/ | newspaper=[Oxford Mail](/source/Oxford_Mail) | accessdate=11 September 2012 }}</ref>
