The '''''Modena Triptych''''' is 1568 [triptych](/source/triptych) (three panel painting) by the artist [El Greco](/source/El_Greco), who was also known as ''Doménikos Theotokópoulos''.{{sfn|Collins|2006|pp=61-62}}

This portable altarpiece is painted on both sides and has an Italian [Renaissance](/source/Renaissance) frame. The front depicts the [Adoration of the Shepherds](/source/Adoration_of_the_Shepherds), a Christian knight being crowned by [Christ](/source/Jesus) in glory, and the [Baptism of Jesus](/source/Baptism_of_Jesus). The back panels show the [Annunciation to Mary](/source/Annunciation_to_Mary), [Mount Sinai](/source/Mount_Sinai), and [Adam and Eve](/source/Adam_and_Eve).
