# Mitchell Fowles

**Mitchell Graham Fowles** (born 18 December 1970) is a former English [cricketer](/source/Cricket). Fowles was a right-handed [batsman](/source/Batsman_(cricket)) who bowled right-arm [medium pace](/source/Seam_bowling). He was born at [Worcester](/source/Worcester,_England), [Worcestershire](/source/Worcestershire)

Fowles made his debut for [Herefordshire](/source/Herefordshire_County_Cricket_Club) in the 1992 [Minor Counties Championship](/source/Minor_Counties_Championship) against [Wales Minor Counties](/source/Wales_Minor_Counties_Cricket_Club). From 1992 to 1997, he represented the county in 30 Championship matches, the last of which came against [Wiltshire](/source/Wiltshire_County_Cricket_Club).[1] His [MCCA Knockout Trophy](/source/MCCA_Knockout_Trophy) debut for the county came against [Staffordshire](/source/Staffordshire_County_Cricket_Club) in 1992. From 1992 to 1997, he represented the county in 12 Trophy matches, the last of which came against [Shropshire](/source/Shropshire_County_Cricket_Club).[2]

He also represented Herefordshire in 2 [List A](/source/List_A_cricket) matches against [Durham](/source/Durham_County_Cricket_Club) in the [1995 NatWest Trophy](/source/1995_NatWest_Trophy) and [Somerset](/source/Somerset_County_Cricket_Club) in the [1997 NatWest Trophy](/source/1997_NatWest_Trophy).[3] In his 2 matches, he took 3 wickets at a [bowling average](/source/Bowling_average) of 48.66, with best figures of 2/73.[4]
