# Mitch Valize

**Mitch Valize** (born 7 June 1995) is a Dutch [Para-cyclist](/source/Para-cycling) who represented the Netherlands at the [2020](/source/2020_Summer_Paralympics) and [2024 Summer Paralympics](/source/2024_Summer_Paralympics).[1] He won four gold medals at the Summer Paralympics.

## Career

Valize represented the Netherlands in the [men's road time trial H5](/source/Cycling_at_the_2020_Summer_Paralympics_%E2%80%93_Men's_road_time_trial_H5) event at the [2020 Summer Paralympics](/source/2020_Summer_Paralympics) and won a gold medal. He also won a gold medal in the [men's road race H5](/source/Cycling_at_the_2020_Summer_Paralympics_%E2%80%93_Men's_road_race_H5) event.[2]
