# Mitbek

The **Mitbek** is a tributary of the [Höllenau](/source/H%C3%B6llenau) in the north German state of [Schleswig-Holstein](/source/Schleswig-Holstein).[1]

The river has a length of about 4 kilometres (2.5 mi). It rises south of [Nortorf](/source/Nortorf) in the vicinity of [Krogaspe](/source/Krogaspe) and discharges into the [Höllenau](/source/H%C3%B6llenau) near Böken (a district of [Aukrug](/source/Aukrug)).
