[Arzum Onan](/source/Arzum_Onan) of [Turkey](/source/Turkey), was crowned Miss Europe 1993 by outgoing titleholder [Marina Tsintikidou](/source/Marina_Tsintikidou) of [Greece](/source/Greece).
