The codex contains the text of the [Acts](/source/Acts_of_the_Apostles), [Catholic](/source/Catholic_epistles), and [Pauline epistles](/source/Pauline_epistles) on 236 paper leaves (size {{×|25.5|17.5}}), with some [lacunae](/source/Lacuna_(manuscripts)) (1 Corinthians 11:7-27; 1 Timothy 4:1-5.8).<ref name = Aland/> The text is written in one column per page, 27 lines per page.<ref name = Aland/>

The text is divided according to the {{lang|grc|κεφαλαια}} (''chapters''), whose numbers are given at the margin, and their {{lang|grc|τιτλοι}} (''titles of chapters'') at the top of the pages.<ref name = Gregory/>
