The '''Ministry of Development''' ({{langx|tr|Kalkınma Bakanlığı}}) was a government ministry in the [Republic of Turkey](/source/Republic_of_Turkey) that was formed on 29 June 2011 after the dissolution of the [State Planning Organisation](/source/State_Planning_Organization_(Turkey)). The Ministry was led by Minister of Development [Cevdet Yılmaz](/source/Cevdet_Y%C4%B1lmaz), of the [Justice and Development Party](/source/Justice_and_Development_Party_(Turkey)) (AKP), formally taking office on 6 July 2011 after the formation of Prime Minister [Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's](/source/Recep_Tayyip_Erdo%C4%9Fan) third cabinet. He was succeeded by [Müslüm Doğan](/source/M%C3%BCsl%C3%BCm_Do%C4%9Fan) in August 2015, who resigned in September 2015 and was succeeded by [Cüneyd Düzyol](/source/C%C3%BCneyd_D%C3%BCzyol). Yılmaz took over the Ministry for a second time from November 2015 to May 2016 before being succeeded by [Lütfi Elvan](/source/L%C3%BCtfi_Elvan).
