# Mimotroea

***Mimotroea cacioides*** is a species of [longhorn beetle](/source/Longhorn_beetle) in the subfamily [Lamiinae](/source/Lamiinae), and the only species in the genus ***Mimotroea***. It was described by [Breuning](/source/Stephan_von_Breuning_(entomologist)) in 1939.[1] It is endemic to [New Guinea](/source/New_Guinea).[2]

It's 7.5 mm long and 2.25 mm wide, and its [type locality](/source/Type_locality_(biology)) is [Kokoda](/source/Kokoda), Papua New Guinea[3]
