**Milestone Bluff** ([67°38′S 68°45′W / 67.633°S 68.750°W / -67.633; -68.750](https://geohack.toolforge.org/geohack.php?pagename=Milestone_Bluff&params=67_38_S_68_45_W_source:GNIS)) is a rock-faced, snow-backed bluff rising to about 830 metres (2,720 ft) just west-southwest of [Mount Liotard](/source/Mount_Liotard), in the south part of [Adelaide Island](/source/Adelaide_Island), Antarctica. it was so named by the [UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee](/source/UK_Antarctic_Place-Names_Committee) in 1964 because the bluff is an important landmark on the inland route north of Adelaide station.[1]
