**Milap Chand Jain** (21 July 1929[1] – 29 April 2015[2]) was a former [Chief Justice](/source/Chief_Justice) of the [Delhi High Court](/source/Delhi_High_Court).

He was born in 1929 in [Jodhpur](/source/Jodhpur), [Rajasthan](/source/Rajasthan). After obtaining his [B. Com.](/source/Bachelor_of_Commerce) and [LLM](/source/Master_of_Laws) degrees, he was appointed a judge of the Rajasthan High Court in 1978, and he later rose to become the Chief Justice. He was also the chairman of the Jain Commission set up by the [Government of India](/source/Government_of_India) to inquire into [Rajiv Gandhi](/source/Rajiv_Gandhi)'s assassination.
