**Michael James Proly** (born December 15, 1950) is an American former [Major League Baseball](/source/Major_League_Baseball) pitcher who played from 1976 to 1983 for the [St. Louis Cardinals](/source/St._Louis_Cardinals), [Chicago White Sox](/source/Chicago_White_Sox), [Philadelphia Phillies](/source/Philadelphia_Phillies), and [Chicago Cubs](/source/Chicago_Cubs).

Mike attended [Chaminade High School](/source/Chaminade_High_School) and was selected by the [St. Louis Cardinals](/source/St._Louis_Cardinals) in the 9th round (213th overall) of the 1972 MLB June Amateur Draft from [St. John's University](/source/St._John's_University_(New_York_City)) in Queens, NY.
