# Mike Hayley

**Mike Hayley** is a British actor, comedian, impressionist and writer. He starred alongside [Susie Blake](/source/Susie_Blake), Caroline Leddy, [James Gaddas](/source/James_Gaddas), [Mike Doyle](/source/Mike_Doyle_(comedian)) in the BBC's sketch show, *Something for the Weekend* (1989) and [Shane Richie](/source/Shane_Richie), [David Schneider](/source/David_Schneider_(actor)), [Suzy Aitchison](/source/Suzy_Aitchison), Frances Dodge, & [Lewis MacLeod](/source/Lewis_MacLeod_(actor)) in *Up to Something* (1990).[1]

He and [Alan Francis](/source/Alan_Francis_(writer)) wrote the play *Jeffrey Dahmer is Unwell*, taking it to the [Edinburgh Festival](/source/Edinburgh_Festival) in 1995. He also co-presented the Emotional Collection at the Gilded Balloon with [Rhona Cameron](/source/Rhona_Cameron) at the Edinburgh Festival before this.

He provided the voice of Colonel White in the CGI remake of *[New Captain Scarlet](/source/New_Captain_Scarlet)* and has had minor roles in several big budget films, including the 2000 film *[102 Dalmatians](/source/102_Dalmatians)*, directed by [Kevin Lima](/source/Kevin_Lima) as well as small budget films like 'The End of the World' where he plays a man who causes the apocalypse. He has written material for [Jasper Carrot](/source/Jasper_Carrot). He also voiced Chopper in the video game, *[Clock Tower 3](/source/Clock_Tower_3)*.[2]

Hayley is one of the regular performers at [Jongleurs](/source/Jongleurs_(comedy_club)), a stand-up comedy club in London.
