# Michelle Chandler

**Michelle Louise Chandler** (born 16 July 1974) is a retired [basketball](/source/Basketball) player from [Australia](/source/Australia), who played for the [Melbourne Tigers](/source/Melbourne_Tigers). She was a member of the [national women's team](/source/Australia_women's_national_basketball_team) that won the bronze medal at the [1996 Summer Olympics](/source/1996_Summer_Olympics) in [Atlanta](/source/Atlanta), Georgia. She attended the [Australian Institute of Sport](/source/Australian_Institute_of_Sport) in 1992.[1] Her married name is Michelle Cleary.[2]
