**Michel Proulx** (born 1946 in [Montreal](/source/Montreal)) is a [Genie Award](/source/Genie_Awards) winning [production designer](/source/Production_designer) and [art director](/source/Art_director). He earned a [Genie Award for Best Achievement in Art Direction/Production Design](/source/Genie_Award_for_Best_Achievement_in_Art_Direction%2FProduction_Design) for *[The Rocket](/source/The_Rocket_(2005_film))*. He was previously nominated five times for Genie Awards, among other nominations.
