Zenezini grew up in [Lyon](/source/Lyon) and began skating at the age of eight.<ref name=in100310/> He competed in [ice dancing](/source/ice_dancing) and won the [French junior title](/source/1997_French_Figure_Skating_Championships) with [Melanie Espejo](/source/Melanie_Espejo). They were assigned to the [1997 World Junior Championships](/source/1997_World_Junior_Figure_Skating_Championships) in [Seoul](/source/Seoul), South Korea and finished ninth. The following season, they placed fifth at the [1998 World Junior Championships](/source/1998_World_Junior_Figure_Skating_Championships) in [Saint John, New Brunswick](/source/Saint_John%2C_New_Brunswick), Canada. Zenezini also competed briefly with [Nathalie Péchalat](/source/Nathalie_P%C3%A9chalat) and [Véronique Delobel](/source/V%C3%A9ronique_Delobel). He retired from competition in 2002.

Zenezini later appeared in ice shows. He spent six years with ''Holiday on Ice'' and then skated in ''Hot Ice''.<ref name=in100310/> His partners included Lindsey Woolstencroft, Carole Azario, and Suzanna Dagger.

In 2011, Zenezini joined the British ITV skating competition ''[Dancing on Ice](/source/Dancing_on_Ice)'' as a professional skater. He was paired with [Chloe Madeley](/source/Chloe_Madeley) for the [sixth series](/source/Dancing_on_Ice_series_6), and later returned for the [eighth series](/source/Dancing_on_Ice_series_8) in 2013, where he was paired with [Lauren Goodger](/source/Lauren_Goodger).<ref name=in100310/><ref name=DOIbio/>
