# Merratind

**Merratind**[2] is a [mountain](/source/Mountain) in [Lesja Municipality](/source/Lesja_Municipality) in [Innlandet](/source/Innlandet) county, [Norway](/source/Norway). The 1,698-metre (5,571-foot) tall mountain lies about 9 kilometres (5.6 mi) northeast of the village of [Lesjaskog](/source/Lesjaskog). The mountain is surrounded by several other mountains including [Vangshøi](/source/Vangsh%C3%B8i) which is about 2.5 kilometres (1.6 mi) to the east, [Svarthøi](/source/Svarth%C3%B8i) which is about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) to the northwest, and [Storhøi](/source/Storh%C3%B8i_(Lesja)) and [Blåhøe](/source/Bl%C3%A5h%C3%B8e,_Lesja) which are about 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) to the northwest.
