**Meridian Manor** is an historic structure located in the [Meridian Hill](/source/Meridian_Hill) neighborhood in the [Northwest Quadrant](/source/Northwest,_Washington,_D.C.) of [Washington, D.C.](/source/Washington,_D.C.) [George T. Santmyers](/source/George_T._Santmyers) designed the structure in the [Colonial Revival](/source/Colonial_Revival_architecture) style. It exemplifies the speculative middle class apartment buildings that were constructed in Washington in the 1910s and 1920s near the 14th Street streetcar line.[2] It was listed on the [National Register of Historic Places](/source/National_Register_of_Historic_Places) in 2001.
