# Merag

**Merag** is a village in [Croatia](/source/Croatia), located on the east coast of [Cres](/source/Cres). It is connected by ferry to [Valbiska](/source/Valbiska) on [Krk](/source/Krk)[1] and is accessed via the [D101](/source/D101_road) road which is connected to the [D100](/source/D100_road) road, the main road on the island of Cres. The village has a population of 10.[2]
