# Matilde Celentano

**Matilde Celentano** (born 14 October 1959) is an Italian medic and politician.

A member of the [far-right](/source/Far-right_politics) party [Brothers of Italy](/source/Brothers_of_Italy),[1] she serves as [Mayor of Latina](/source/List_of_mayors_of_Latina) since 2023, the first woman to held the office.[2]
