**Mark R. Maynard** is a [Republican](/source/Republican_Party_(United_States)) member of the [West Virginia Senate](/source/West_Virginia_Senate), representing the [6th district](/source/West_Virginia's_6th_Senate_district) since January 14, 2015.[1]

He is the owner of a used car lot and towing business.[2] During the [2016 U.S. presidential election](/source/2016_United_States_presidential_election), Maynard co-chaired [Donald Trump](/source/Donald_Trump)'s presidential campaign in West Virginia.[3]
