Born in [San Fernando](/source/San_Fernando_de_Apure), Bustillo began his career with [Primera División](/source/Venezuelan_Primera_Divisi%C3%B3n) side [Carabobo](/source/Carabobo_F.C.). He made his professional debut for the club on 27 August 2017 against [Atlético Venezuela](/source/Atl%C3%A9tico_Venezuela_C.F.).
