The '''Manildra Group''' is an Australian [agribusiness](/source/agribusiness) based in [Sydney](/source/Sydney). It was formed in 1952 when Dick Honan purchased a flour mill in [Manildra](/source/Manildra). In 1966 a [starch](/source/starch) and [gluten](/source/gluten) plant was established in [Auburn](/source/Auburn%2C_New_South_Wales). In 1985 the Auburn plant closed with operations transferred to Bomaderry.
