'''Maniava''' or '''Manyava''' ({{langx|uk|Манява}}, {{langx|pl|Maniawa}}) is a village of about 3,500 people located on the banks of the Maniavka River in [Ivano-Frankivsk Raion](/source/Ivano-Frankivsk_Raion), [Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast](/source/Ivano-Frankivsk_Oblast) of Western Ukraine. It is situated in the Ukrainian [Carpathian Mountains](/source/Carpathian_Mountains). Until 18 July 2020, Maniava belonged to [Bohorodchany Raion](/source/Bohorodchany_Raion). The raion was abolished in July 2020 as part of the administrative reform of Ukraine, which reduced the number of raions of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast to six. The famous Orthodox [Maniava Skete](/source/Maniava_Skete) monastery is located on its outskirts, and the [Maniava waterfall](/source/Maniava_waterfall), with a height of 20 meters one of the highest waterfalls in Ukraine's [Carpathian Mountains](/source/Carpathian_Mountains).
