'''Mangles Bay''' ({{Coord|32|16|S|115|43|E|}}) is a [bay](/source/bay) of [Cockburn Sound](/source/Cockburn_Sound) in [Western Australia](/source/Western_Australia) which opens out to the [Indian Ocean](/source/Indian_Ocean).  The town of [Rockingham](/source/Rockingham%2C_Western_Australia) is on its [coast](/source/coast), and the [causeway](/source/causeway) to [Garden Island](/source/Garden_Island%2C_Western_Australia) runs along its southern edge. The bay's seabed consists of the Mangles Bay shallows, which is covered in [seagrass meadow](/source/seagrass_meadow)s; and the Mangles Bay deep basin, a much deeper area slightly to the north.

Mangles Bay is a popular recreation area.  It is used for [fishing](/source/fishing), [water sports](/source/List_of_water_sports) such as [sailing](/source/sailing), [water skiing](/source/water_skiing), [boating](/source/boating) and [swimming](/source/swimming_(sport)), the ''[Lissa Solklint](/source/Lissa_Solklint)'' is permanently anchored here.
