**Manchester Fort** is a [retail park](/source/Retail_park) in [Cheetham Hill](/source/Cheetham_Hill), Manchester, England, which includes 36 units with a total floorspace of 325,000 sq ft. It opened in 2005 and its anchors included [B&Q](/source/B%26Q) and [TK Maxx](/source/TK_Maxx).

[Henderson Global Investors](/source/Henderson_Global_Investors) purchased Manchester Fort in 2011 from the [Universities Superannuation Scheme](/source/Universities_Superannuation_Scheme) pension fund.[1]
