In 1999 she completed studies at the [Ludwik Solski Academy for the Dramatic Arts](/source/Ludwik_Solski_Academy_for_the_Dramatic_Arts) in [Kraków](/source/Krak%C3%B3w). She is a member of the [Bagatela Theatre](/source/Bagatela_Theatre) acting company. Walach is married to actor [Paweł Okraska](/source/Pawe%C5%82_Okraska), with whom she had their son Piotr (2006).

== Career ==
Magdalena Walach is a graduate of [Ludwik Solski Academy for the Dramatic Arts](/source/Ludwik_Solski_Academy_for_the_Dramatic_Arts) (1999). A role in a musical adaptation of [The Secret Garden](/source/The_Secret_Garden), directed by [Janusz Szydłowski](/source/Janusz_Szyd%C5%82owski), was the start of her involvement in the [Bagatela Theatre](/source/Bagatela_Theatre). Since that premiere, she has played roles in performances of "Balladyny", "Kosmosu", "Stosunków na szczycie", "Trzech sióstr" and "Rewizora". Walach competed in the seventh season of ''[Taniec z gwiazdami](/source/Taniec_z_gwiazdami)'' ([Dancing with the Stars](/source/Dancing_with_the_Stars_(U.S._TV_series))), winning first place with dancer [Cezary Olszewski](/source/Cezary_Olszewski). She received a perfect score from judges on 8 occasions.
