# Lumpkins Fork

**Lumpkins Fork** is a [stream](/source/Stream) in [Cass](/source/Cass_County,_Missouri) and [Jackson County](/source/Jackson_County,_Missouri) in the [U.S. state](/source/U.S._state) of [Missouri](/source/Missouri).[1] It is a tributary of [Little Blue River](/source/Little_Blue_River_(Missouri)).

The stream headwaters arise in northern Cass County at [38°48′53″N 94°27′52″W](https://geohack.toolforge.org/geohack.php?params=38_48_53_N_94_27_52_W) approximately 1.5 miles north of [Raymore](/source/Raymore,_Missouri) and flows north-northwest into Jackson County. The stream enters the Little Blue in east [Grandview](/source/Grandview,_Missouri) within the upper reaches of [Longview Lake](/source/Longview_Lake) at [38°52′47″N 94°29′21″W](https://geohack.toolforge.org/geohack.php?params=38_52_47_N_94_29_21_W).[1][2]

Lumpkins Fork has the name of the local Lumpkin family.[3]
