# Lucas Calabrese

**Lucas Calabrese** (born 12 December 1986 in [Olivos](/source/Olivos,_Buenos_Aires)) is an Argentine sailor. He competed in the *[470 class](/source/Sailing_at_the_2012_Summer_Olympics_%E2%80%93_Men's_470_class)* (with [Juan de la Fuente](/source/Juan_de_la_Fuente)) at the [2012 Summer Olympics](/source/2012_Summer_Olympics) and won the bronze medal.[1][2] He had earlier won gold and silver at the 2001 and 2000 [Optimist World Championships](/source/Optimist_World_Championships).

He is part of the [American Magic](/source/American_Magic) team competing in the [2024 America's Cup](/source/2024_America's_Cup).[3]
