Located in [Savannah's Historic District](/source/Savannah_Historic_District_(Savannah%2C_Georgia)), the addresses of some of the properties are [East Bay Street](/source/Bay_Street_(Savannah%2C_Georgia)), above [Factors Walk](/source/Factors_Walk), while others solely utilize the former [King Cotton](/source/King_Cotton) warehouses on [River Street](/source/River_Street_(Savannah%2C_Georgia)). As of February 2022, the businesses occupying the ground floor of the River Street elevation are: [Boar's Head Grill & Tavern](/source/Boar's_Head_Grill_%26_Tavern), [Savannah's Candy Kitchen](/source/Savannah's_Candy_Kitchen), Gallery 209 and Christmas on the River.

The building stands adjacent to [Archibald Smith Stores](/source/Archibald_Smith_Stores), the two separated only by steps leading to and from River Street and Factors Walk.
